For those of you who are wondering why we should bother caring about the
Toronto Blue Jays' bully, it is time to explain. The team a closer
plays on, while it should be considered, should not be a deciding
eliminator from adding him to your roster. Even the closer for the
Pirates, who was
Matt
Capps, racked up 27 saves last season.
Those of you who
took
my advice and added Kevin Gregg on Wednesday are already getting
dividends. With Jason Frasor already going three times this week, Gregg
got the ball in the ninth on Friday and earned his first save of the
year. He did not allow a baserunner while striking out two of the three
batters that stepped into the box. If you did not grab Gregg already,
chances are he is gone by now.
