Ut-Oh, Utley's Knee is a Major Issue
Back on February 3rd we wondered where we should place Chase Utley on draft boards.  As always, things have changed since then, when I recommended targeting Utley as your two bagger and expected a huge year.

Now Utley is suffering from patella tendinitis in his right knee.  Color me extremely worried about Utley this season, as there is no timetable for when he will see any action this ...

Justin Morneau - Should You?
Justin Morneau must have suffered the worst concussion in the history of ever, as he still is not medically cleared to play in games.  Twins manager Ron Gardenhire has told the media to stop asking questions about Morneau, because he is done giving them fodder for Twitter and blogs.

Jay Bruce - Set For Breakout Season
Jay Bruce's name first appeared in my scribes on May 21, 2008.  Back then, dude was killing AAA pitching to a tune of .366 with an OPS of 1.059.  Not to mention he was raking with 37 RBIs and 10 homers with eight steals.  He was prospect numero uno in all of baseball, and thus dubbed "The Natural" by Reds fans everywhere.  Bruce went on to be a mixed bag of treats, knocking in ... Prospect Watch - Julio Teheran
There are a lof of publications and sites that are now devoted to ranking prospects.  Of course, Baseball America is the top dog in that game, but Baseball Prospectus is gaining ground, and fast.  One Edge that BA has over BP is it's annual Prospect Handbook, which is something that I do not typically leave the house without.  Being as I am in Germany at the moment, it is going to b...
